TWO OPTIONS: 

1. WITH MEMBER VICKI BATE:

Monday & Tuesday mornings at 6:00 am in the front of Fitness First behind the Westridge Shopping Center. (45 minutes to an hour – a great route for intervals)

Wednesday mornings at 6.05 am in front of the Westridge Fitness First (40 minutes – @ 4 miles great for a tempo run)

Thursday mornings at 5.45 a.m. Fitness First at Westridge (7.5 miles – hill workout)

Saturday mornings at @ 7.00 a.m. at the Fitness First at Westridge.  Some possible long runs with loops back for shorter runs.

Sunday mornings at @ 9:00 or earlier with the heat at the Fitness First parking lot behind the Westridge Shopping Center. 

We have a 5 minute rule – we wait about 5 minutes before we start unless you contact someone running then we will wait for you.  There are also other running options available to meet different schedules.  For more information e-mail:  vickibate@hotmail.com.  You can be added to the weekly e-mail reminders.

Sunday Training Runs with Fundamental Fitness

Who: YOU
What: 3, 5 or 10 miles (including run/walk paces)
When: Sundays 7am
Where: Fundamental Fitness 1205 N. East St. Frederick, MD

Come and join Team Fundamental Fitness for group training runs Sundays at 7am. ALL PACES AND ABILITIES WELCOME!!!

During the early and mid summer training runs will be 3, 5 or 10 miles. During the late summer and fall “training” season, runs will parallel 13.1 and 26.2 training programs. Runs begin at the Fundamental Fitness studio unless otherwise noted. There is no fee, just a suggested donation of $2.
