Monday – 6.00 a.m. Fitness First at Westridge; 5-6 miles
Tuesday – 6.00 a.m. Fitness First at Westridge; 5-6 miles
Wednesday – 6.05 a.m. Fitness First at Westridge; 4 miles (tempo or recovery)
Thursday – 5.45 a.m. Fitness First at Westridge; 7-8 miles (hills)
Friday – 6.00 a.m. Fitness First at Westridge; 5-6 miles
Saturday – @ 7.00 a.m. Fitness First at Westridge; 6-20 miles
Sunday – @ 7.00 a.m. and 9.00 a.m. Fitness First at Westridge; 6-10 miles (sometimes longer)
Location: We meet at Fitness First to utilize bathrooms and stretching. Don’t have to be a member of Fitness First to join us. All runners can utilize the bathroom facilities.
Comments: We have a 5-minute rule, we wait about 5 minutes before we leave unless you call. The mileage above will also vary depending on the weather and people’s training schedules.

BAKER PARK EVENING GROUP

Location: Talley Recreation Center at Baker Park
Relaxed Mondays: Two loops of 20-30 minute duration using the principles of Chi Running. Mileage varies based on ability. No one runs alone. Great for entry level runners!
Tempo Wednesdays: Two loops of approximately 5K at paces around 8 minutes or faster.
Note: On each night, the first loop starts at 6:30 and follows the normal Garrett’s 5K route so you know where to find us if you’re late. Second loop starts around 7:00 and goes wherever we feel like going. Everyone can choose to do one or both loops. Be sure to wear reflective clothing!

Location: Baker Park by the Talley Rec Center.
Comments: Regular bathroom breaks. We specialize in finding the cleanest outhouses and bathrooms open at that hour.
