Monthly club meeting on Thursday March 25 at 7PM at Chris Kelley’s, Kelley Acres Speed Shop, just off of Route 17 north of Middletown: http://www.kelleyacres.net/index.html. I’m going to and give a presentation on the 3 running technique programs out there you may or may not have heard about: ChiRunning, Evolution Running, and the Pose Method. I’m going give you a summary of each one, parts that are similar and parts that are not, and hopefully, I’ll be able to show some video clips on at least the first two. 		26 27
