For the rest of the season I am entered in two more triathlons.

 Sunday, September 14 – Pinchot Olympic Triathlon in Lewisberry, PA (60 miles away)

Saturday, October 4 – Giant Acorn Sprint Triathlon at Lake Anna in Bumpass, VA

 I have room in my van for others if you want to do the Giant Acorn.  The race starts at 10am so there is no overnight expense.  I will be going there in the morning.  There are limited spots remaining.  Let me know if you would like to join me……the family cannot make this one.

6/5/08 – THIS WEEKEND IS EAGLEMAN WEEKEND!!!

And it’s unfortunately going to be a HOT ONE!  Temps forecasted for the run in the 90s – YUK!  Well, we’ll al have to hydrate and take it easy.

Hi – wanted to post my 2008 goals so that perhaps we can train together or go to the events together.  I don’t work so most of my training is during the weekdays.  

I swim/float at the Mt Airy Health Unlimited Gym, run in downtown Frederick on Saturday mornings so that I can get a bagel at the end at the Beans-n-Bagels on Patrick Street, the other days I run in my neighborhood (Ijamsville)  and now bike either on my trainer at home or at the gym spin class.

March 2  Baltimore/Annapolis Trail (paved) 1/2 marathon

April 6    Cherry Blossom 10 miler

May 4     Frederick 1/2 marathon

July 20   Pittsburgh Olympic Triathlon (maybe but I hear the river is quite oily)

August 24  Iron Girl

September ?  Annapolis Olympic Triathlon 

October 11  Baltimore 1/2 marathon

November 2  Bermuda Olympic Triathlon (maybe)
