Saturday Morning Runs

Hello fellow TriClub members. This is an invitation to run with me on Saturday mornings at 7:00 am. I have been running with the Frederick Steeplechasers group each Sat morning. We meet in Baker Park (on the street near the Gazebo/Rec Center). Distances vary from 4 – 20 miles. The group starts at 7:00 and then everyone decides how to break the distances up. The pace is 9:30 – 10:00 min/mile with bathroom breaks along the way. It has been a really fun group to get together with. Let me know if you are interested at t2grene@comcast.net Tracy Vagrin

2/1 Fundamental Fitness Marathon Training Kickoff

In addtion to the normal group running session this Sunday 2/1, our sponsor Fundamental Fitness is beginning training for the Frederick Marathon and having a Kick-off parthy after the run.  Details in the flyer below:

Looking for Running Buddy(ies) at 10:30 Pace

My motivation is tanking as I approach my A race for the season, so I’m looking for someone who runs about a 10:30 pace to hit the road with me.  Running is not my strong suit and my husband runs around an 7:30 pace so I don’t want to slow him down too often.

Right now I’m working 12p – 8p so I’d have to run in the morning during the week.  Weekends are open.
