Frederick Triathlon Club in Frederick, Maryland

Forgot a bit about this race, but for those interested, today is the last day to register on site for the Olympic. You can register at the race site for the Sprint tomorrow, but there is no on site registration for the Olympic distance race.

Got kids?  Well, consider entering them in the Frederick Kids Triathlon on May 28 at 7:30 AM, Frederick High School, 650 Carroll Parkway, Frederick, Maryland.  In addition to being a fun event for all who enter, this is also a potential fundraiser for the Joanna M Nicolay Melanoma Foundation.  And as with many events, they could also use volunteers.  So it could be a fulfilling and fun day for the whole family.
