Frederick Triathlon Club in Frederick, Maryland

I have a medium Quintana Roo Superfull wetsuit for sale.  I purchased it in 2003 and have used it twice – once for a cold beach swim and another time for the Delaware Diamondman Triathlon.  One of the lower legs had a pull tear, but I repaired it with AquaSeal and the fix was proven during the DDT race.  I am asking $100 OBO.  Please contact me if you have any questions.

Has anyone been to a Tri It Now or Mid-Atlantic Multisport Camp? Are there other camps you would suggest for the winter season? I’ve never been to one myself so this is new to me. Thanks!

Hey club!

As I see the leaves falling from the trees this Fall, just like to remind you to be careful biking through large areas of leaves as you never know what holes are underneath.  Also, wet leaves can be very slippery on road surfaces.  So, take it easy on those rides while enjoying the Fall foliage.
