I’ve been thinking a lot about the mental and psychological aspects of training lately and thought I’d post a link to a good summary of what I’ve been reading. Personally, I’m a big proponent of many of these techniques and although all I have is my own experiences to go on, I do believe that by using visualization, positive affirmations and clearly defined goals anyone can improve their training effectiveness.
