The Ford Ironman Championships will be broadcast on NBC 2:30-4 PM on Saturday Dec 13.  What a fitting excuse for a club social!  So, come on out and join your fellow club members to watch the top triathlon event in the world.  Maybe we’ll see Lucas cross the finish line somewhere in there.

Our next meeting will be Wednesday, Dec 10 at 7PM at In-Fit Studio 605 N. Bentz St in Frederick.  I’ve asked club member Kip Jawish to talk about strength training geared towards triathletes.  This is the time of the year before the season really gets going to add this your training regimen.  It could do a world of good come race day.
