These opened on Jan 3 and close quickly I’ve been told.  These are fairly close at Lake Anna, VA, north of Richmond.  Plus the nice thing about the Sprint is that it doesn’t start until 10 AM!  What a deal!  Sorry but the Half starts at 8.

Mike Matney suggested house rental but at least for those not wanting that option, it’s close enough that one can get there driving and not have to get up too early (like I’ve had to do for at least one other event last year).

Could be a good way to start the year with a a tune up race to gage your season training.
