Christmas Day ride?

Looking to shed a bit of too much holiday cheer?  Well, join club prez Hank for a Christmas Day ride on route 26, starting around noon from his house.  From Hank:

“As long as the weather holds, we will be meeting at my house (1649 coopers way, in dearbought) for a Christmas Day ride on Tuesday at noon.  Please let me know if you will be joining us, so that we know who to expect and, if need be, wait for.  It should be decent weather.  Please also check your email as we get closer to the ride in case the weather changes.”

Eva Rosvold, owner and operator of Fundamental Fitness, one of our potential new sponsors, will be coming in to talk to us about V02 Max testing and other fitness testing.  I think this will be a really neat talk and help us all understand our caloric needs and metabolic conditioning.  As always the meeting will be at 7pm.  We’ll be meeting at Bike Doctor on Buckeystown Pike (route 85).
