Be sure to check your email as Hank as sent one about the spin sessions starting up again!  The first one is next Tues, Dec 4th.  Time to get rid of that Thanksgiving dinner or at least prepare for the rest of the holiday festivities where you’ll have ample opportunities to stuff yourself.

Looking at the trifind.com website in Maryland, there’s a notice for the Hagerstown Sprint that many FTC members earned medals at.  Registration opens in January.  Check out Ken Racine’s Multisport website:

Registration is through Active.com or through a downloadable pdf form.  Cost is $40 if registered by Feb 9, $50 afterwards.  The deadline to register is Feb 18 and there will be no race day/onsite registration.  The maximum number of participants is around 100.
